Specialist - Logistics

Job Responsibilities

• Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various stock points. Must always maintain readily stocks at Distribution Center.
• Conduct inventory count regularly and ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date
• Ensure that supplies are received accurately, stored and classified properly
• Ensure files are endorsed, documented and archived accurately
• Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks
• Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements
• Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately
• Ensure smooth and timely processing of customer orders, coordinate with logistics stakeholders for the delivery of goods from warehouse to customers
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, integrity of data and transactions in the enterprise computer system
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
