Provides efficient support to operational commercial business activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotations, tender submission, contract administration, CRM opportunity updates, and commercial documentation while maintaining compliance with internal procedures and data standards.

Activities & responsibilities supporting each area
Quotation & Pricing Management
Prepare quotations/tender proposal based on approved pricing structures and configurations.
Work with sales & product teams to validate technical configuration and pricing before quotation release.
Maintain quotation records and pricing references for accurate and consistent quotation generation.
Validate quotation offer prior to processing purchase orders and order confirmation.
Support price updates and pricing report when required.
Tender & Contract Administration
Track tender and RFQ deadlines and ensure timely preparation and submission.
Prepare and compile complete tender submission packages including:
technical documents, commercial documents, compliance forms, principal documentation.
Maintain organized tender documentation filing for reference and audit.
Validate tender proposals or contract offer prior to processing purchase orders and order confirmation.
Sales and Partner Performance Tracking Support
Assist in tracking sales KPIs and performance metrics.
Maintain performance tracking dashboards to support incentive evaluations.
Support formulation, provide accurate data inputs for sales incentive schemes and commission calculations.
Support business in monitoring partner engagement and performance alignment through partner performance tracking.
CRM Funnel & Opportunity Management and Data Administration
Coordinate with Sales to ensure opportunity data is maintained and updated in the CRM system (SPARK)
Collect and consolidate opportunity data from sales teams.
Support managers in monitoring opportunity progression and generate structured funnel reports.
Support data upload, maintain accurate data entry
Sales and Partner Performance Tracking Support
Assist in tracking sales KPIs and performance metrics.
Maintain performance tracking dashboards to support incentive evaluations.
Support formulation, provide accurate data inputs for sales incentive schemes and commission calculations.
Support business in monitoring partner engagement and performance alignment through partner performance tracking.
Ad-Hoc Tasks
Respond promptly to ad-hoc inquiries from internal departments
Support cross-functional projects and process document.
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Work Experience & Qualification
Around 03 years’ relevant experience in Medical Device/Medtech or Pharmaceutical is an added advantage
Business Administration/Demand Supply/Biomed/Financeor related disciplines.
Added-Advantage: familiar with:
CRM systems (SPARK, Odoo, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM,…etc.)
ERP systems (D365, SAP…)
Excel analytics (Power Query, dashboards): basic to intermediate
