Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities 

• Provide engineering service support to clients in various healthcare facilities. 
• Involve systems / equipment installation, testing & commisioning, preventive / corrective maintenance and repair. 
• Connect with principals to acquire, maintan and update technical information
• Comply corporate policy and quality standard.
• Comply local guidelines, regulatioons and safety standards. 
• Handle customer enquiries or emergency maintenance works. 
• On the job training will be provided. 
• Assist in service contract renewal process including preparation and collations of documents required for renewal of service contracts. 
• Contact potential customers to establish rapport. 
• Identify and propose new engineering services and sales opportunities to Head of Department. 
• Study and stay updated with industry and market trends to identify new and/or growth opportunities for the organization. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor of Information Technology / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Diploma in Computer Science 
• At least 5 years of working experience in hospital environment or engineering consultancy firm 
• Strong engineering and IT knowledge
• Possess own transport 
• Able to travel outstation or overseas when required.
