The Group Webmaster will be the primary person responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing idsMED Group’s digital communication platforms, including but not limited to the corporate website, social media accounts, and internal communication channels (idsMED Buzz). This role will ensure seamless digital communication, brand consistency, and technical performance across multiple platforms.

The Group Webmaster will work closely with the Digital Information Technology (DIT) Department, as well as other stakeholders to align digital assets with business objectives. Additionally, this role may oversee and support other associated digital platforms as required.

 

This role will be based in Jakarta or Kuala Lumpur.

 

  • Manage and maintain idsMED Group’ digital communication platform, such as but not limited to corporate website, internal website (idsMED Buzz), ensuring it remains updated, secure, and fully functional.
  • Together with the Group and Country Marketing Communication Team, ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and engagement strategies across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the different department in idsMED to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, where required.
  • Ensure all idsMED Group digital platforms remain user-friendly, relevant, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure proper SEO implementation and best practices to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement, performance, and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize idsMED Group digital platform speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, liaising with developers or third-party vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, developers, and platform providers for upgrades and enhancements.
  • Train and support internal teams on digital tools and content management where necessary.
  • Implement regular security updates, backups, and recovery plans for digital platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data privacy laws.
