Employee Engagement Intern

  • Assist in organizing and evaluating employee engagement initiatives and events

  • gather feedback to improve workplace culture

  • support internal communication efforts, and help implement strategies that enhance employee morale and satisfaction

    Requirements :

  • Fresh Graduates or Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • Passion for employee experience and organizational culture

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in organizing events or activities is a plus

  • Creative and resourceful with good problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally


HR Analyst Intern

  • Support HR data analysis by collecting, organizing, and interpreting employee data

  • assist in preparing reports on HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and performance; and contribute to improving data-driven HR decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates or Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and metrics

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly in reports or presentations
