Qualifications:

  • Final-year student with no classes or fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Able to commit to a 6 months to 1 year internship program

  • Have exposure to enterprise applications, ERP systems, or supply chain software.

  • Familiarity with SLDC/SDLC tools or software development/support processes is preferred.

  • Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to coordinate with different teams.

  • Good communication skills and ability to manage tasks based on priorities.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily application-related requests, including reviewing, assigning, and monitoring issues until resolution.

  • Coordinate with IT team members to ensure user requests are handled properly and on time.

  • Assist in maintaining and supporting internal business applications.

  • Help identify improvement opportunities to enhance system performance, reduce errors, and improve process efficiency.

  • Support documentation, testing, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
