Management Trainee

idsMED Management Trainee is a 6-month traineeship program designed to prepare new generations through challenging roles and direct coaching from our leaders. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to explore every department and various pieces of training to understand the processes of the medical or healthcare industry. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a Business Executive ready with a strong leadership impact to contribute ideas for improvement!
