Job Description:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital and offline) while maintaining consistent brand messaging
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand brand presence and open new market opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Product Specialist team to align marketing strategies with product insights, performance data, and market feedback for more targeted campaigns.
  • Leverage business plans in collaboration with internal teams and principals to support product growth and market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and technologies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with vendors, creative agencies, or brand principals is a plus

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver one-stop medical solutions to our customers.

- Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.

- Ensure that customers have a positive experience; commit to meet or exceed customer expectations.

- To focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders

- Conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments

- Actively developing new account relationships in the Zone / Area to enhance customer penetration.

- Proactively identify opportunities / new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.

- Provide timely support to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

- Proactively learning features of new products and understand new service offering developed by the Company.

- Occasional weekend and evening trade show and/or meeting participation are a must.
