Job Desc :

  1. Partner with business leaders on HR operations and people-related matters

  2. Manage employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations

  3. Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve culture, morale, and retention

  4. Support organizational development programs such as talent development and competency mapping

  5. Lead culture transformation initiatives aligned with company values and business goals

  6. Advise managers on leadership, team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and change management

  7. Ensure HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR best practices are properly implemented

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  2. Minimum 4–7 years of HR experience as HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, HRBP, or similar role

  3. Strong knowledge of employee engagement, culture transformation, and organizational development

  4. Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

  5. Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices

  6. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills

  7. Able to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities
