Job Summary
The Assistant II - Engineering Support is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of service-related documentation, preventive maintenance scheduling, case management, and interdepartmental support. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective coordination skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records while supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Justification Forms to ensure all information is complete, accurate, and error-free.
  • Accurately plot and maintain Contract and Warranty Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) in the system.
  • Provide case support to engineers upon request and ensure cases are resolved and updated daily.
  • Process Sales Order Request (SOR) accurately based on approved Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Maintain and file Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
  • Coordinate and perform all necessary actions requested by internal and external departments to support operational requirements.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
  • Generate and provide reports as required by management.

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Engineering-related course, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in administrative, service coordination, or operations support roles is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database/system management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
