Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to provide administrative support to the recruitment team. The role focuses on assisting with documentation, data management, interview coordination, and maintaining organized records. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR administrative processes and provides an opportunity to develop organizational and clerical skills in a fast-paced work environment.
Core Responsibilities:

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.

Assist in preparing and organizing employee 201 files and ensure completeness of documents.

Handle filing, scanning, and organizing both physical and digital documents.

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.

Prepare basic reports and assist in documentation as needed.

Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.

Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources and Psychology.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or recruitment platforms is a plus.
