 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any related field.

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare services, clinical processes, or hospital operations.

  • Established network or familiarity with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for medical and clinical audiences.

  • Ability to develop and implement sales processes, controls, and performance metrics.

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
