Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any related field.

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare services, clinical processes, or hospital operations.

Established network or familiarity with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for medical and clinical audiences.

Ability to develop and implement sales processes, controls, and performance metrics.
