Job Purpose

The role serves as the clinical and technical expert for the Cardiovascular portfolio, working closely with the Cardiovascular  Team to ensure effective product utilization, optimal product adoption, and positive clinical outcomes. The position is responsible for delivering product presentations, demonstrations, and end-user training to support the safe and effective use of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and clinical product support to Field Sales Specialists in identifying customer requirements and recommending appropriate product solutions.

  • Prepare and validate machine configurations, quotations, and tender specifications.

  • Support achievement of sales targets through effective product positioning.

  • Develop and implement product marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, utilization, and market presence.

  • Create promotional materials and sales tools.

  • Gather and analyze market data and develop monitoring tools to track market trends and opportunities.

  • Conduct market census and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and changing customer needs.

  • Recommend strategies to strengthen product positioning and support business growth.

  • Conduct product, technical and clinical training programs for Sales Specialists, Customers and End-users.

  • Develop training materials, presentations, and competency assessments to support effective product learning.

  • Ensures the sales team maintains a high level of product and clinical knowledge.

  • Organize workshops, seminars and hands-on demonstrations.

  • Provide operating room support during cardiovascular open-heart surgeries, when required.

  • Coordinate with BME to support product setup, operation, and technical requirements.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues in coordination with BME.

  • Ensure proper and safe use of products in accordance with company standards.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholder

  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in educational, scientific, and product-related activities.

  • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve products, services, and customer experience.

  • Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Cardiovascular product portfolio including clinical evidence and competitive positioning.

  • Monitor product lifecycle, inventory status and forecast demand.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to support product availability and replenishment requirements.

  • Provide product and market insights to support portfolio planning and business decisions.

  • Coordinate product and equipment requirements for scheduled surgical cases and work with BME to ensure necessary technical support.

  • Ensure timely availability of required equipment and consumables for scheduled procedures.

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address case-specific product and technical requirements.

  • Document case outcomes, product utilization, and customer feedback to support evaluation and continuous improvement.

  • Prepare monthly activity reports, sales-support reports and product performance analysis.

  • Monitor sales pipeline and opportunities and make necessary follow-ups in coordination with Product Sales Specialists.

  • Provide market intelligence, competitor updates and business recommendations.

  • Support in annual business planning, forecasting and budgeting activities.

Work Experience & Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare or life sciences field.

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in medical device sales, clinical applications, product management, or a related healthcare field.

  • Experience supporting cardiovascular surgery, cardiac procedures, operating room environments, or perfusion is highly preferred.

  • Experience in product demonstrations, clinical training, customer education, and technical support.

  • Experience working with medical device manufacturers, distributors, hospitals, or healthcare institutions is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of medical devices, clinical applications, product positioning, and healthcare market practices.

  • Willing to travel extensively nationwide to support customer visits, product demonstrations, clinical procedures, installations, training, and business development activities.
