JOB SUMMARY
The Integrated Surgical Care Clinical Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth, providing clinical support and delivering technical assistance for the ISC portfolio focusing on Surgical Robotics. The role works closely with medical doctors, particularly the cutting specialties, operating room teams, hospital administrators, finance and procurement to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted clinical and technical advisor, ensuring successful system implementation, procedural support, customer training, and sustained utilization of robotic surgical platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales:
▪ Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
▪ Identify and develop leads and new business opportunities in key strategic hospitals.
▪ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
▪ Build string relationship with key stakeholders relevant to surgical robotics program.
▪ Prepare quotations, procals, and assist with contract negotiations.
▪ Support tenders by leading the entire bidding process.
▪ Monitor competition activities and market trends.
Clinical
▪ Provide intraoperative support during robotic assisted surgical procedures.
▪ Train Surgeons, nurses and OR staff on proper system usage & workflow.
▪ Conduct clinical education sessions, workshops and training programs.
▪ Support account onboarding and drive clinical adoption of the robotic system.
▪ Ensure compliance with system protocols, sterile techniques & patient safety standards.
Technical
▪ Assist in system set up, trouble shooting and equipment checks before procedures.
▪ Support product evaluations, installations and commissioning activities.
▪ Coordinate with service engineers and project managers for technical concerns and maintenance requirements.
▪ Maintain accurate documentation of customer activities, case support and technical issues.
