Specialist I - Pricing & Quotation

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• With 3-5 years of work experiences as a Civil Engineer.

• Has understanding on Risk Assessment.

• Knowledgeable on floor plans.

• Monitoring and scheduling of materials needed by your assigned project.

• Monitors that the project would comply with legal requirements like health and safety.

• Overseeing the project by complying with the budget and time provided by the client.

• Intermediate skills on MS Excel.

• Process Oriented.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to travel nationwide.

• Willing to work in San Juan, Metro Manila (on site).
