Specialist II - Engineering

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists in preventive maintenance, calibration, audit, repairs, condemnation, decommissioning and discarding of medical equipment.

• Executes in-house technical services and products such as, but not limited to, PMS, diagnosis, medical device testing equipment, spare parts, applications training, etc.

• Maintains the PMS Calendar and regularly updates monitoring records on all assets serviced by the company.

• Addresses technical requests coming in via walk in, phone in, email, sms, among others.

• Supports fellow engineers preparing for their effective completion of job orders.

• Ensures quality readiness of the machines and materials by which to conduct quality technical servicing work.

• Assists in monitoring and recording the check-in and check-out of equipment for sales and demonstration purposes

• Promotes quality customer relationships through 24/7 accessibility of technical services and support via phone, sms, and email, among others.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
