The human resource training and development supervisor will oversee and manage training, learning, and development programs including mandatory compliance training initiatives. 

  • Oversees and monitors all local and international training attended by employees and summarizes monthly reports.
  • Monitors all training programs and recommends areas for improvement.
  • Reviews training needs: modifies or improves existing program or develops new training programs.
  • Through collaboration with management, identifies anticipated training needs, legal and regulatory changes, career development needs, and other factors.
  • Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates for newly hired employees.   
  • Uses classroom training and demonstration methods, on-the-job training, meeting, conference, and workshop to plan, develop, and providing training and employee development programs.
  • Coordinates or perform compliance training for employees.  
  • Coordinates with organization's medical product specialists in scheduling product trainings needed by local employees.
  • Coordinates and assigns mandatory training across the organization.
  • Creates, further develops, and organizes training materials such as manuals and multimedia/ software visual.
  • Creates and/ or administers post-training evaluations, tests, and assessments.
  • Prepares and implements training budget.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
