Analyst - Application Support

The staff will play a major role in providing support to the main ERP (D365) application, BeSpoke and other applications and deployment team. He/she will also perform first line application support, application diagnostics and technical services.

 

End User Support, SIT/UAT and Troubleshooting

  • Provide day to day support on MS Dynamics D365/BeSpoke or others application
  • First line support to BeSpoke/ MS Dynamics D365 and internally developed apps.
  • Conduct unit testing during projects or system enahancements
  • Work with users in the UAT and obtain signoff prior to final deployment into production servers.
  • Develop user guide

Project Implementation

  • Support and assist the implementation and rollout of idsMED applications in accordance with agreed priorities and deadlines.
