The staff will play a major role in providing functional and technical support to MAIN system (D365) application, BeSpoke and the web version of customer engagement application as well as mobile version deployed on both iOS and Android platform. He/she will also perform first level troubleshooting, application code deployment to mobile devices, application diagnostics and technical services.
End User Support, SIT/UAT and Troubleshooting

Group support (L2) for D365 or BeSpoke modules

Support for API Integrations with MS Dynamics 365, and other internally developed apps.

Conduct SIT during Project Implementation

Work with users in the UAT and obtain signoff prior to final deployment into production servers.

Vendor engagement and coordination

Develop user guide

Provide day to day support on Customer Engagement Application (Web and Mobile)
Project Implementation

Support and assist the implementation and rollout of idsMED applications in accordance with agreed priorities and deadlines.

Track and update project performance and progress to identify areas for improvements
