In line with its expansion program in the region, idsMED Group now successfully operates in 9 markets.

 

Our MSC (Medical Specialty Care) team is now looking for Senior Product Specialist with expertise in CSSD to support the team. Below are our requirements;

Job Responsibilties

 

1. Product Knowledge & Expertise 

  • Develop a deep understanidng of our medical device products, including their features, benefits, applications and technical specifications.
  • Stay current with indsutry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to care segment. 

 

2. Technical Support

  • Serve as a technical resource for both internal teams and external customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues and providing product-related guidance. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively communicate customer feedback and contribute to product solutions delivery. 

 

3. Sales and Marketing Support 

  • Assist the sales team in product presentations, demonstrations and discussions with customers to showcase product value and capabilities
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales tool, collateral and training materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits. 
  • Plan and execute all events relevant to the care segment which includeds conferences, workshops, seminars etc for continuous KOL and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers, sales representative and partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our medical device products. 
  • Customize training sessions to meet the needs of diverse audiences, such as healthcare professionals, clinicians and technicians. 

 

4. Market Intelligence 

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to provide recommendations for products and care segment enhancements and improvements. 
  • Contribute to solutions ideas based on customer needs and market demands. 

 

5. Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations and regulatory affairs teams to ensure allignment on product positioning, messaging and customer needs. 
  • Provide input into product development and launch strategies based on customer feedback and market insights. 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience in CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) is a must. 
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience 
  • Experience in sterilants, disinfectants and detergents. 
  • Bachelors degree in Biomedical or any other relevant fields.
