Supervisor II / Executive II - Data Management & Intelligence

Master Data Management

• Maintain the product master in the ERP system in line with the Group Data Management policy
• Respond to requests for new product creation in the ERP system while checking submitted data for discrepancies and errors and ensuring correct and consistent creation of products
• Avoid duplication of product entries and perform release of existing products from the product master
• Ensure data cleanliness to enable the organization to make strategic decision using data analysis
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and to obtain clarifications
• Prepare data upload templates for occasional batch upload exercise
• Effectively self-manage workload and prioritize key activities
• General administration as required

Customer  / Vendor Account Management

• Create and maintain customer / vendor accounts in system
• Ensure company policies and good practices are observed

Data Analysis Support

• Compile data from structured and unstructured sources into a structured format for use in data analysis
• Support the Business Intelligence team by ensuring the required data is obtained from the country sources and available in the system for analysis

Process Improvement

• Advocate and promote the improvement of current processes to improve department efficiency
• Constantly strive to reduce the response turnaround time
• Provide inputs and devise ways to eliminate redundant steps in the data entry process

Business Intelligence Reporting

• Generate business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
• Prepare business intelligence including revenue and product trends, business segment performance, leading growth indicators and sales effectiveness
• Assist in the consumer research and collation of industry specific information, including industry trends and competitor activities, as well as pipeline reports
