  •      Resonsible for incoming and outgoing calls including taking messages.
  • ·    Responsible to mend the reception area. 
  • ·    Ensure all messages taken passed to and received by the employees or departments.
  • ·    Receives all incoming parcels/mails at the reception counter and distribute to the respective departments or person.
  • ·    Records on all consignment note for outgoing courier services.
  • ·    Attending to walk ins and refer them to the relevant departments or person.
  • ·    Assist in company events/program whenever required.
  • ·    Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, uniforms and oversee inventory tracking
  • ·    To assist staff and customer in flight travel arrangement and hotel booking
  • ·    To coordinate with travelling agencies on travelling details on bookings and invoices
  • ·    To prepare and organize company sponsorship/CME and events
  • ·    Ensure all meeting rooms facilities are clean, tidy and ready for use at all time
  • ·    Responsible for ordering and printing of office stationaries ie business cards, letterhead and envelopes
  • ·    Monitoring licenses’ renewal for fire extinguishers
  • ·    Back-up reception duties when scheduled or as and when required
  • ·    Responsible for handling general affairs and office management, e.g. photocopy machine, printer, telephony, air conditioners, pantry, snacks.
  • ·    Support and coordinate employee events and activities including Townhall, AAA, Year End Party … etc
  • ·    Support festive decorations in the office
  • ·    Responsible for daily general admin operation and general affairs in the office, office and facilities maintenance and other office support activities
  • ·    Support and oversee all the contracted General Affairs service providers (cleaners, security, gardener, A/C vendors … etc)
  • ·    To perform any other ad-hoc tasks when assigned
