  1. Perform daily on-site stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage, and sufficient supply levels at customer locations.
  2. Responsible for receiving activities, including verification of inbound deliveries against documentation and reporting discrepancies promptly.
  3. Execute timely stock replenishment to designated areas to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
  4. Monitor and track inventory movement (inbound and outbound) to ensure proper recording and traceability.
  5. Coordinate closely with warehouse, customer and internal teams to ensure continuous stock availability and timely replenishment cycles.
  6. Maintain accurate inventory records through systems (ERP, handheld devices, or spreadsheets) and ensure data integrity.
  7. Identify and escalate damaged, expired, or non-conforming items, ensuring proper return or disposal processes are followed.
  8. Prepare and maintain all receiving and inventory-related documentation (e.g., delivery orders, discrepancy reports, POD).
  9. Support logistics coordination, including liaising with transport providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  10. Work closely with end users (e.g., nurses, ward staff) to ensure accurate stock placement, accessibility, and usage efficiency.
  11. Investigate and resolve inventory and delivery issues such as shortages, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
