Clinical Specialist is responsible for mastering the knowledge of a product and sharing his knowledge to internal and external customers. Clinical Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the buyer of a product can function the product appropriately and can maximize all the features of the product as needed.
1.Training and Education
•Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for sonographers, physicians, and healthcare staff.
•Demonstrate proper operation of ultrasound systems and software.
•Provide continuing education on advanced imaging techniques and new ultrasound features toclients, customers and Idsmed team members.
2.Customer Support and Troubleshooting
•Assist users with technical issues and optimize system settings for best imaging results.
•Provide post-installation support and workflow optimization.
•Address customer concerns and ensure effective problem resolution.
3.Sales and Product Demonstration
•Collaborate with sales teams to conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
•Explain technical specifications and benefits of products.
•Assist in pre-sales and post-sales support to improve customer adoption.
•To assist sales team in implementing and executing sales and marketing initiatives.
4.Tender documentation
•To produce and answer tender specifications when required.
5.Compliance and Documentation
•Ensure compliance with medical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain detailed training records and customer support documentation.
•Assist healthcare providers in integrating ultrasound technology into their workflow.
6.Travel and Field Support
•Main area of coverage includes government healthcare facilities as well as private practitioners andprivate healthcare centre.
•Travel to hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers for on-site training and support.
•Participate in medical conferences and workshops to stay updated on industry trends.
•Strong academics in sonographer,biomedical science, nursing, or similar life science andmedical/healthcare related degrees.
•Experience in medical equipment's not limited to imaging products.
