Executive - Engineering Support (Inventory Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control and Monitoring: Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking, using inventory management software or ERP systems like NetSuite, SPARKS & D365
• Procurement and Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to place orders, issue PO, invoice verification and ensure timely delivery of goods 
• Forecasting and Planning: Analyze historical sales, market trends, and departmental input to create short- and long-term inventory forecasts, including SKU-level planning and seasonal demand adjustments 
• Manage warehouse teams, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards including inbound & outbound logistic arrangement
• Overseas repair & return, prepare GRN & supporting documents for shipping
• Warranty claim & consignment
• New Item & New Vendor creation
• Engineering support administrative job

Job Requirement: 

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years in inventory control, warehouse management, or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
• Prior knowledge in Inventory Management Softwares and ERP systems is prefered
