Recruitment & Onboarding
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening,
interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer administration.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment timelines.
• Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes, including preparation of onboarding
schedules, documentation, orientation sessions, and first-day arrangements.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of employee profiles in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring
data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
• Support background checks, employment documentation, and onboarding acknowledgements
as required.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Plan, organize, and support organization-wide activities and events to drive employee
engagement and promote retention, such as townhalls, team-bonding workshops, and staff
engagement initiatives.
• Design and develop EDMs and internal communications to promote employee activities,
events, and HR initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate employee recreational and wellness activities, fostering a positive and
inclusive workplace culture.
Learning & Development
• Involve in learning initiatives and activities, including the rollout and coordination of corporate
training programs.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support training administration, attendance tracking,
and post-training follow-ups.
• Support training and staff welfare initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.
HR Operations & Projects
• Participate in HR-related projects and office services as assigned by the HR Manager from
time to time.
• Work closely with the HR team to support HR operations, process improvements, and policy
implementation.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and coordination of HR activities as required.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned to support HR and organizational needs
