Solutions Specialist

Job Description

• To promote sales of critical care, consumable products through solution selling to existing and new customers.
• To work with Team Lead to provide consultative selling by carrying out department layout design, workflow analysis, euipment planning to customers for both renovation and new projects.
• To manage existing customer relationships, ensure successful customer retention through delivering exceptional service and uality outcome.
• To work with Team Lead to develop business plans and follow through implementation for all new product lines and market segments.
• To focus on increasing customer interactions and improving relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• To expand customer network and build new relationships to ensure sustainable business growth.
• To regularly attend industry exhibitions and events, seminars, training, and educational workshops on weekdays and occasionally weekends.
• Achieve sales targets
• To conduct product presentations and training programs related to agency products as well as product evaluation trials and survey feedback for new product developments.
• Detailed quarterly reporting which includes market intelligence, competition, promotional activities and changing customers' needs.
• Manage product life cycle of all the different models & SKUs.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma, preferably in Biomedical Science/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Nursing
• Preferably at least 3 years of sales experience. Candidate without working experience with above qualifications, aspiring to build a sales career in the healthcare industry will be considered.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Competency in AutoCAD is desired. Otherwise, training will be provided.
