1. Learning & Development

  • Lead and support the organisation’s Learning & Development initiatives in alignment with internal policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee and maintain SOPs related to training and development, including revisions, updates, and compliance checks where required.

  • Support audit requirements by ensuring training documentation, records, and processes are accurate and well maintained.

  • Administer training activities within SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, ensuring learning records, course assignments, and employee development data are updated accurately.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and track both internal and external training sessions for employees.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employee training programmes, and support continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

  • Maintain proper records of training attendance, completion, certifications, and related documentation.

2. HRIS Management

  • Manage and maintain employee data and profiles in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.

  • Administer HRIS processes related to employee lifecycle activities, including profile creation, updates, and learning records management.

  • Ensure the integrity of HR and training data across the system for reporting, compliance, and operational purposes.

  • Support troubleshooting and coordination relating to HRIS and LMS matters where necessary.

3. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Support recruitment processes including interview coordination, post-interview checks, salary review and proposal preparation, contract preparation, offer management, and onboarding administration.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including employee profile creation in SuccessFactors and ensuring relevant records are properly set up.

4. Employee Engagement and Organisational Support

  • Plan, organise, and support organisation-wide employee engagement activities and events to promote retention and strengthen workplace culture, such as townhalls and team-bonding workshops.

  • Organise and lead employee recreational activities.

  • Participate in HR-related projects and office services assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.
