- Sales Order Management
- Responsible for processing a variety of sales order types in the ERP system in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support and work closely with the business teams to ensure all orders are processed through the entire order processing cycle to meet customers’ needs.
- Receive and validate Customer Order / Order Instruction, including but not limited to stock availability, credit limit and other operational parameters
- Coordinate on equipment commissioning
- Close liaison with the warehouse on logistics & transportation co-ordination to ensure deliveries are well coordinated, duly delivered within the stipulated timeline.
- Troubleshoot on any logistics or orders related issues that may arise during the outbound process
- Provide high level of customer service through prompt and courteous communication to understand their requirement, obtain feedback on service performance
- Handle and resolve customers’ enquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure adherence to Regulatory standards (especially by checking products registration before order entry) including customs & export regulations.
- Responsible to familiarize with the ISO13485 procedure & always operate within the guidelines.
