- Carry out all scheduled and assigned warranty, preventive, & breakdown service jobs effectively and flawlessly to aim for zero complaints.
- Effectively plan and coordinate with customers for all service jobs to reduce time & resource wastage.
- Responsible to plan and balance for efficacy and productivity by meeting organization goal to turnaround within 4 - 10 hours on site during working hours on weekdays.
- Maintain proper records of equipment history by customer and department both at site and also regularly update SOM real time.
- Efficiently prepare job sheets, seek customers approval/confirmation upon job closure, co-ordinate with SOM to invoice with correct spare parts to speed up billing processes.
- Co-ordinate with SOM & prepare quotations for the right decision maker and track
- Familiarize and comply with relevant GDPMD / ISO procedures & guidelines, and all risk management processes to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and decide all quotation & track for official purchase orders for breakdown repairs.
- Responsible to create competitive advantage by adding value to the organization through building strong relationship with biomedical engineers in key accounts.
- Attend all training or re-training identified and contributes to continual improvement by giving constructive feedback to manufacturer.
- Conduct cross training internally to increase competency of other engineers and also organize & provide training for biomedical engineer departments.
- Gather information & make informed recommendation to Engineering Managers & help to drive best practices based on customers feedback and personal experiences.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management.
